A designated Implementation Manager guides your businesses through GrandCentr.al customization and setup, including database migration/import. Realtime support is supplemented with integrated Knowledge Base articles throughout the platform.

What’s in store for you?

Introduction & Intake Form

Once you sign up for GrandCentr.al, you will be introduced to your dedicated Implementations Manager, who will provide you with the relevant Intake Form. This form will ask for basic information about your business and the software you’re currently using. This information is crucial to ensure a smooth transition and integration onto our platform. Once you’ve completed and submitted the form, our team will review your information and get in touch with you to schedule an onboarding call.

Onboarding Call

During the onboarding call, your Platform Specialist will introduce you to the GrandCentr.al platform and provide a brief high-level overview of the features and benefits. We’ll also go over any questions or concerns you may have and help you get started with setting up your account. This call typically takes about an hour.

QuickBooks & Software Integration

If you’re using QuickBooks Online, we’ll work with you to integrate your QBO account to GrandCentr.al. This integration allows for a two-way sync between GC and Quickbooks Online, so that any invoices and payments done in GC will be created and synced in QBO and vice-versa.

Database Migration & Import

If you’re not currently using software, we’ll help you migrate your data onto GrandCentr.al. We’ll work with you to ensure that your data is well-organized and imported correctly, so that you can get started with using GrandCentr.al as soon as possible.

A-Z Demonstrative & Practical Implementation

Once your data is imported and integrated, your Implementations Manager will do a walkthrough of the platform and its features. We’ll also provide practical implementation advice to ensure that you’re getting the most out of GrandCentr.al. Your Implementation Manager will be available to answer any questions you may have and to provide ongoing support as you continue to use the platform.
